A completed application form, which can be supplied in hard copy or online, should be submitted with valuation fee payable to MCA (Bolton) Ltd or Exclusive Connections, together with any documents required by the individual lender. Details of the valuation fees and documentation required are available in our Information Pack (please see contacts).
