The Company, which is authorised by the FSA, was formed back in 1994 by one of the current directors, Roy Wadsworth. Having had over 30 years experience with one of the biggest high street mortgage lenders, he was able to see changes in the expanding mortgage market. Roy believed there was a demand for a mortgage packager with the experience he had, who not only knew the products in the market place but also had the technical expertise to give best advice. The Company provides a full advice and recommendations service and is directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority.

Since inception, the business has gone from strength to strength. In early 1997 Roy’s son, Tony, joined the Company. Tony gained his experience through being employed for 17 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.

In 1999 Neil Cookson joined the company after 30 years employment and management at the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. In April 2006 Karen Mather joined the team, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the mortgage market as a manager with Abbey Plc.

Our administration team includes Jennifer Kirkman and Yvonne Morris who have been with the company since 1998 and having been trained in house have now almost 10 years mortgage experience in the mortgages market. The loyalty of our staff has helped the business to develop and is a contributing factor as to why our introducers have continued to use our services and recommend others.

In 1997 the Company joined as a member of Exclusive Connections, one of the largest mortgage packaging companies in the country. This has given us access to exclusive products, in addition to the core products, from our panel of lenders and also a generic application form.

In order to facilitate the services necessary due to continued growth, we moved to more accommodating premises within one mile of our previous base in 2001
